This offense is punishable by a mandatory minimum jail sentence of five days in jail and a fine between $500 and $1,000 enhancement, in addition to penalties of a regular DUI. For a repeat offense of DUI child endangerment, it is punishable by an additional 80 hours of community service on top of the other penalties.
